Realist Tax - NTREIS Realist Tax allows you to check sales statistics by county, start searches, or access other Realist services from the menu bar. Additional property data has been added to the database. These fields are sales and m o rtgage data, phone numbers, privacy encoding (National Do-Not-Call List, Direct Marketing Association opt-out and state non-solicitation lists), as well as geo-coding data. Mapping capabilities are also available. No longer will you have to move between Quick Search and Tax. Realist provides all of this information in one database .
