Bob Baker

Bob Baker is the 2008 Immediate Past-President of CCAR. He has been a real estate broker for more than 30 years and a real estate instructor for 25 years. He is currently the Director of Training and Director of Risk Management for an office of 300 agents in Plano. Bob is a broker member of the TREC Broker/Lawyer Committee. He is an adjunct faculty member at Collin County Community college and an instructor for CCAR and Leonard-Hawes Real Estate School. Bob was CCAR’s 2003 REALTOR® of the year and WCR’s 2004 President of WCR. At TAR, he is a member of the Executive Board, Professional Standards Committee, and Property Management Committee. At NAR, Bob is a Director, a member of the Professional Standards Committee, and a member of the Risk Reduction Committee.
