NEW CLASS: Scientific CMA’s: “Advanced Pricing Class” Pricing is everything. This course teaches the scientific approach to pricing which is so solid agents refuse listings when sellers are unrealistic about value. Here is what others have said about this course: “Your Scientific CMA has given us the one tool that we lacked in our business. A ‘scientific’ approach to pricing that will stand the scrutiny of the most adamant sellers’ objections. What you have given us as professionals is invaluable. The Scientific CMA or SMA is an indisputable analysis of the market, the property’s features and amenities, and the realistic range in which the home will sell. In the end, the seller and the listing agent both reap the benefits,” Fran Hoover, quoted in “D Magazine” as one of Dallas’ “Top 50 Best of the Best.” Upcoming class: Wednesday, July 9 from 9 a.m.–3:30 p.m. MCE: Six hours (no legal).
