Meredith Held
A long-time resident of the Dallas area, Meredith Held has lived in Texas since 1973. Before earning her REALTOR® license in 2003 and dedicating herself to the real estate profession, she enjoyed careers at Electronic Data Systems handling, among other duties, special projects for Ross Perot and as a teacher in the Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District in Houston. Meredith is a past member of the CCAR Housing Opportunity Committee, where she helped draft the brochures highlighting the financing opportunities available for police, fire and school professionals. She was one of the first REALTORS® to graduate from the Texas REALTOR® Leadership Program at CCAR and is currently serving on the Membership Committee there. She holds the designation of Accredited Buyers Representative and is also a member of the Council of Residential Specialists. Additionally, she belongs to the Women’s Council of REALTORS® and the Frisco Chamber of Commerce; she serves as an Ambassador in the latter organization. In 2007, Meredith became a Director for CCAR as well as a Director for the Texas Association of REALTORS®.
