Olin Jaye
As Broker-Owner of Olin Jaye & Associates, LLC, Olin is a Commercial Real Estate Broker who provides commercial brokerage, property management, and temporary project management to small business and joint ventures in real estate and development-related matters. He has previously served as the Director of Relocation for Bristol Hotels & Resorts and other related firms. His local real estate and construction experience includes over 15 years experience in Real Estate brokerage, property management and construction administration. Prior to that, he was the Development Partner for a local real estate development corporation with mixed-use projects in West Plano, as well as other projects in North Texas.
Olin is the current President at CCAR and has been the recipient of their Distinguish Service Award and Realtor of the Year recognition. Olin has been a member of the Government Affairs and Political Action committees of CCAR and the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) and currently serves as the Chair of Public Policy for TAR and is a member of their Legislative Management Team. He was a past Chair of Political Affairs for TAR and a Director of TAR and past member of the Board of Governors of the Commercial Investment Division of TAR He is certified as a Property Evaluation Arbitrator for the State of Texas - Comptroller's Office. He is a member of numerous professional real estate associations.
Among his Community Service activities were his previous positions as Plano City Council Member and Charter Review Commissioner, Regional Transportation Council (COG) member and the Chair of the Collin County Planning Board. He previously served as Chair of the Collin County Central Appraisal District Board of Trustees. He currently serves a Director and Vice Chair of Advocacy of the Plano Chamber of Commerce.
Olin has a bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona and a Master's degree from the University of North Texas. Other past and present leadership and participation, includes ROTARY International, City House, Heritage Farmstead museum and other local chambers of commerce, professional and community organizations. |
