BrokerBay announced a revamp of their Showing Settings notifications, which will provide a better notification system for outstanding showing instruction configuration.
This is accomplished with:
- New and improved dashboard notifications/visibility
- Weekly Email notification of outstanding configuration
- In-app modal for adding access instructions
In turn, BrokerBay believes this will reduce the number of time-passed showings, as agents will be more aware of outstanding configuration instructions that need to be filled out.
