Calling all Pit Masters: Now is your time to shine! Compete for over $$$$ in prizes at CCAR's PAC'Yard BBQ Competition.

Competitors receive free entry for themselves and one assistant. In return, they will provide enough sample size servings for 150 attendees of their soon-to-be famous BBQ meat of their choice, cooked in any way they like, and one side. Will you get enough vote to win Best Booth or Best BBQ? Let your meat do the talking and sign up today.

BBQ Competition Rules:

  • Each team will have a head cook and one assistant.
  • Each team will bring One BBQ meat of their choice, cooked in any way they like, and one side.
  • Must prepare enough sample size BBQ/Side item for 150 attendees.
  • All ingredients are okay, no restrictions. Please note any common allergens (gluten, peanut, etc.) at your booth.
  • Competitors are responsible for clean-up of their station.

What is provided:

  • A parking space and space to set-up a tent, smoker or other cooking necessities.
  • Sample Cups to present your BBQ & Side
  • Utensils – plates, forks, napkins, cups, spoons

What is not provided:

  • Electricity
  • Canopies, tents, and tables.

Contributions to the Texas REALTORS® Political Action Committee (TREPAC) and the Texas Association of REALTORS® Federal Political Action Committee (TAR FedPAC)-which makes contributions to the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC)-are not tax deductible. Such contributions are voluntary and may be used for political purposes. The amount indicated is merely a guideline, and you may contribute more or less than the suggested amount. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal, and the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, Texas REALTORS®, and its local associations will not favor or disadvantage anyone because of the amount contributed. Until the RPAC annual goal is met, 70% of an individual's contribution goes to TREPAC and may be used to support state and local candidates; the remaining 30% is sent to TAR FedPAC to support federal candidates and is charged against your limits under 52 U.S.C. 30116. After the RPAC annual goal is met, 100% of an individual's contribution goes to TREPAC and may be used to support state and local candidates.
